Contract DVD 2010
Comprehensive contract resources on a single DVD
The NALC Contract DVD was produced to provide you with the latest and most complete set of resources available. It contains electronic versions of; the National Agreement, JCAM, Materials Reference System (MRS), NALC publications (e.g. Postal Record, Contract Talk, Activist, etc.), the new and revised Defenses to Discipline, the latest versions of USPS Handbooks and Manuals, and other valuable resources. This compilation of resources in a single DVD is an essential tool for every branch activist. The NALC Contract DVD is available through the NALC Supply Department for $2.
UPDATE: NALC has developed an update to allow those who have copied the DVD's contents onto their hard drives to search the contents with index searching (for faster results). To update your copy, simply download the file ContractDVDPatch.exe (right click the link and select "Save Target As") to your computer. Run the EXE file and in the "Extract to:" field, select the folder where you copied the Contract DVD's contents (it should contain the Home.pdf). When you run the Home.pdf file, the search instructions will explain how to use the index searching.
Warning: The download file is 56 megabytes, so only those with faster internet connections should attempt the download. Anyone with dial-up internet should contact NALC at murray@nalc.org to order the file on cd.
Contract CD 2006
Comprehensive contract resources on a single compact disc
NALC has published the 2006 Contract CD, a huge collection of contract-related documents useful to activists who research and enforce the National Agreement.
Members may order copies from NALC's Supply Department for $2 each.

A simple and attractive push-button interface provides easy access to all of the documents and enables users to search at once all 13,760 pages of documents on the disk.
All of the files are in Acrobat PDF format, so a user needs only the free Adobe Reader to use the CD.
