The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has issued a "Going Green" mandate to all Federal Employees Health Benefit Plans instructing them to reduce their use of paper by offering an electronic version of the Plan's yearly brochure. We are complying with this mandate by giving our members the choice to receive the Plan brochure by paper or by retrieving it from the Plan's website.
