President Young has appointed a 15-member Ballot Committee to oversee the vote on ratification of the tentative agreement reached by NALC negotiators with the Postal Service, and named Joseph DeRossi of Branch 41 in Brooklyn, New York as committee chairman.
Under Article 16 of the NALC Constitution, committee members will engage in "monitoring and observing the dispatch, receipt, and tabulation of the Ratification Ballot."
