Prompted by an earlier letter to the editor, Rolando provided facts about postal finances and urged Wisconsin’s congressional representatives to support constructive reform. The Wisconsin State Journal is Wisconsin’s second-largest newspaper, after the Milwaukee Journal, and is the leading news source for Madison, the state’s capital.
