Settlements reached on two national-level disputes
NALC and USPS have settled two national-level interpretive step disputes, one regarding the expiration date of the October 22, 2008, MOU Re: Assignment of City Delivery and another concerning the implementation of the Casers/Deliverers test program.
Nolan selected as chair of interest arbitration panel
NALC and the U.S. Postal Service have selected Arbitrator Dennis R. Nolan to serve as the neutral chair of a three-person interest arbitration panel to set the terms of a new National Agreement between the NALC and the Postal Service.
