NYC letter carrier passes away from coronavirus

NALC is deeply saddened to learn that 53-year-old letter carrier Theresa Torres, a member and former shop steward of Branch 36 in New York City, passed away Friday, April 17, from complications related to coronavirus. Sister Torres worked at the Knickerbocker Station in Lower Manhattan, with over 22 years of experience as a letter carrier.
