NALC President Fredric Rolando led the national Rap Session, Aug. 9-11 at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. Rolando spoke about the ongoing contract negotiations with USPS, NALC’s legislative and political priorities and contractual issues with management before opening the floor to discussion.
