On May 16, Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Josh Hawley (R-MO) introduced the Protect Our Letter Carriers Act (H.R. 7629/S. 4356).
Update to the charges received by the NALC Executive Council proffered against President Brian L. Renfroe
After conclusion of the evidentiary hearings by the panel of three disinterested members, the panel submitted its report and recommendations on each of the four charges to the Executive Council in accordance with Article 10 of the NALC Constitution.

Settlements reached on two national-level disputes
NALC and USPS have settled two national-level interpretive step disputes, one regarding the expiration date of the October 22, 2008, MOU Re: Assignment of City Delivery and another concerning the implementation of the Casers/Deliverers test program.
