Community partners

NALC works with many partner organizations in the community to advance the cause or workers and support letter carriers and their communities. Branches and individual letter carriers also work with local groups. Sometimes there is a formal partnership; sometimes letter carriers partner with groups on their own initiative.

The AFL-CIO’s State and local labor councils are umbrella groups that include many unions in the area.  They’re the heart of the movement, partnering with state and community organizations and conducting state, local and national campaigns to improve life for working families.
