The interest arbitration board that will set the terms of a new National Agreement between NALC and USPS, chaired by Shyam Das, convened by telephone in executive session on Thursday, Nov. 1.

The session was held after hearings dates scheduled for Monday, Oct. 29, and Wednesday Oct. 31, had to be rescheduled due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy.
