The NALC and USPS have settled the interpretive dispute regarding the application of the MOU Re: FSS Implementation (M-01643). The settlement (M-01831) addresses three issues. It should be noted that the third issue, adjustments after the 60-day review, was resolved when the parties wrote their position papers.
