Michelle McQuality elected to serve on CLUW’s National Officers Council

Michelle McQuality

Michelle McQuality, Assistant to the President for City Delivery and a member of Dayton, OH Branch 182, was elected earlier this month to serve as a Vice President on the National Officers Council for the Coalition of Labor Union Women (CLUW). CLUW is the only national organization for union women and represents workers from more than 70 national and international unions.

“I am honored and excited to be a part of the CLUW’s National Officers Council as a Vice President representing NALC,” McQuality said. “CLUW has supported women in labor for decades, fighting tirelessly for equality, improved working conditions, and social justice for everyone. CLUW’s mission to empower women in labor to become more organized and united in common goals across cultural, generational, ethnic, and craft/occupational boundaries inspires me. I am so proud to follow in the footsteps of so many amazing women who have led the fight. They have paved the way, achieved many things, but the struggle continues. Women must continue to strive for equality in and outside of the workplace.”
