Fifth contract COLA set at $1,331
The fifth regular cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for career letter carriers under the 2019-2023 National Agreement is $1,331 annually following the release of the January Consumer Price Index.
Interpretive dispute filed over PTF Step AA
